• Individual Membership is based on a monthly/yearly or lifetime contract that can be canceled at anytime.
• Individual Membership is for individuals only. Membership is not transferable and cannot be shared.

• Team Membership is subject to a 1 year contract with a 1 month on-boarding period – cancel for any reason at any time.

No. Though as a women-led business, we build our solutions with women in mind. However, because women are not monolithic, our program is not-gender specific and can be assessed by any business leader.

If you are registering as an individual, you gain access right away.
When joining as a group or team, you’ll be granted access within 24 hours.
Can I share my membership login information with other people?
No. PeakPerf-X is a paid membership program. Use of your membership information by any one else is a violation of the PeakPerfly membership policy.
How do I update my contact information?
Visit your membership profile after logging in to your account on our platform and update your information by clicking the membership icon.
How can I manage my subscriptions?
You can access and manage your subscriptions by clicking on your profile icon on your account management page.
👉 Do I need to manually renew my subscription every time?
No, the renewal will be automatic after your access period ends.
👉 What if I don't want to renew?
If you want to avoid the automatic renewal, you can cancel any time in your members' area on the platform.
👉 What happens when I cancel my subscription?
When you cancel your plan you are saying that you no longer want to renew it, but you still will have access until the end of the subscription period.
How can I update my payment information?

When does my membership expire?
Your membership does not expire as long as you keep up with the subscriptions. If you wish to discontinue membership at any time, visit the profile icon on your account management page to do so.
Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?

We would never want you to be unhappy, so if you’re not pleased with your purchase, please let us know and we will make sure to provide additional support.
